Self Care Sunday (9 Ways to Treat Yo' self!)

Sundays are the perfect day to reset before the new week starts; if you are like me and think the week goes from Monday to Sunday that is. If your weeks are different, just replace Sunday with your own "sunday." I like to take Sundays a lot easier than most days and include some proverbial "me time" and treat myself. I've made a list of things I like to do on Sundays to transition myself into a new week...

1. Have your morning drink in bed (i.e. coffee or tea) and watch tv
2. Read a book (if you are a book worm then this is definitely self care! lol)
3. Treat yo' self to the food your body desires (can be a donut or it can be a smoothie bowl, whatever you want! This day is about unwinding and putting yourself first!)
4. Groom yourself (I know this sounds weird but just hear me out okay? and you are probably like girl thats work and I don't wanna work! For me, I feel much better about the week ahead when I can take the time to groom and tend to myself.
5. Take an epsom salt bath 
6. Massage your feet
7. Use a face mask
8. Listen to relaxing music 
9. Meditate! (Meditation does wonders for your mental and emotional health)
